The International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), an intergovernmental organization, was set up by the Metre Convention and has its headquarters near Paris, France. It is financed jointly by its Member States and operates under the exclusive supervision of the CIPM. Its mandate is to provide the basis for a single, coherent system of measurements throughout the world, traceable to the International System of Units (SI). This task takes many forms, from direct dissemination of units (as in the case of mass and time) to coordination through international comparisons of national measurement standards (as in electricity and ionizing radiation). EuroNet MRPH stands for European Network of Medical Residents in Public Health, and constitutes a network of European National associations of Public Health training programs, including medical and non-medical residents. It is a non-profit, international, independent and non-governmental association. EuroNet MRPH aims to create a professional network among European residents in Public Health in order to share information on educational programs, to facilitate exchange and common activities, as well as to develop a body of scientific research. The network is run by National Commissions (NCs) and the Board. It’s operational work is also supported by Leads. NCs are made up of a maximum of six members, representing their own national associations. Members of the NC are chosen according to the rules of their national association. The NCs have full decisional power and are asked to vote on specific issues where each NC will count for one single vote. The Board is made up of four EuroNet MRPH members who assume the roles of President, Vice-president, General Secretary and Treasurer. Board members are chosen by election within EuroNet MRPH for a one-year mandate. The Board is in charge of the administrative and representative functions of the network. The Leads are responsible for the coordination of the work of the network in specific fields. The purpose of their work is to enhance the development of the network in scientific, communication, social and cultural domain. Currently there are 4 Lead positions: Research, Internship, Communication and Website.

It is a global framework of action to enhance international cooperation to accelerate the shift towards SCP in both developed and developing countries. The framework supports capacity building, and facilitates access to technical and financial assistance for developing countries for this shift. The 10YFP aims at developing, replicating and scaling up SCP and resource efficiency initiatives, at national and regional levels, decoupling environmental degradation and resource use from economic growth, and thus increasing the net contribution of economic activities to poverty eradication and social development. The framework is meant to encourage innovation and cooperation among all stakeholders. Interested actors from all countries can be involved in the implementation of the 10YFP activities: government, private sector, civil society, researchers, UN agencies, financial institutions, and other major groups. 10YFP Objectives- Accelerate the shift towards SCP, supporting regional and national policies and initiatives- Contributing to resource efficiency and decoupling economic growth from environmental degradation and resource use, while creating decent jobs and economic opportunities and contributing to poverty eradication and shared prosperity- Mainstream SCP into sustainable development policies, programmes and strategies, as appropriate, including into poverty reduction strategies- Support capacity building and facilitate access to financial and technical assistance for developing countries, supporting the implementation of SCP activities at the regional, sub-regional and national levels- Enable all stakeholders to share information and knowledge on SCP tools, initiatives and best practices, raising awareness and enhancing cooperation and development of new partnerships – including public-private partnerships.

The Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC) to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is the interface for trade unions with the Organisation and its members. It is an international trade union with consultative status at the OECD. TUAC coordinates and represents the views of the labour movement throughout the Organisation, including at the annual OECD Ministerial Council Meeting and in OECD Committees and Working Groups. TUAC has 59 affiliated trade union centres in OECD countries, representing more than 58 million workers in 2018, as well as associate members in Brazil, Indonesia, the Russian Federation and South Africa. TUAC operates through its Paris-based secretariat. Its origins go back to 1948, to the trade union advisory committee established under the Marshall Plan. When the OECD was created in 1962, TUAC continued its work of representing organised labour’s views. TUAC’s policy advocacy aims at creating shared prosperity within and between countries, including quality jobs, and to asserting the positive role of trade unions and collective bargaining in achieving inclusive growth. Access to OECD discussions enables TUAC to act as a “first mover” within the labour movement in responding to new and emerging policy challenges. TUAC works closely with other international trade unions, including the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC), with which it co-ordinates trade union inputs to the G20 (through the Labour 20) and G7 processes, and the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC). On sector specific issues TUAC works with the Global Union Federations (GUFs) and is a member of the Council of Global Unions.

Fondation Prospective & Innovation
Créée en 1989 par René MONORY, ancien Président du Sénat et ancien ministre, et François DALLE, ancien Président de L’Oréal, reconnue d’utilité publique, la Fondation Prospective & Innovation (FPI) est présidée par Jean-Pierre RAFFARIN, ancien Premier ministre, Membre honoraire du Parlement, depuis 2005. La FPI a pour objet de favoriser une prise de conscience et une réflexion prospective sur les transformations fondamentales du monde contemporain, afin d’aider les décideurs français, le gouvernement comme les entreprises ou les leaders d’opinion, à réagir en connaissance de cause. Elle s’efforce d’apporter un éclairage international sur des sujets stratégiques. Elle facilite les contacts entre jeunes professionnels français et leurs homologues de pays émergents. Elle appuie les efforts des entreprises, notamment celles de taille moyenne ou intermédiaire, dans leurs efforts de pénétration des nouveaux grands marchés. Elle réunit à cet effet spécialistes et responsables d’entreprises, intellectuels et décideurs politiques et administratifs de sensibilités différentes, dans des cadres de travail appropriés pour des propositions opérationnelles. Son action se concentre sur trois domaines prioritaires - Anticiper et évaluer l’impact de l’émergence de nouvelles puissances économiques et des technologies de rupture- Renforcer la compétitivité des entreprises, PME et ETI en particulier, en les accompagnant dans la conquête de nouveaux marchés- Éclairer sur les nouveaux modes de gouvernance mondiale, nationale et locale, et les nécessaires évolutions. La Fondation rend publics ses travaux à travers des publications et un site internet : Tous les ans, la Fondation publie une synthèse de ses travaux dans sa Synthèse annuelle, le SHERIF.

Gender In Geopolitics Institute
The Gender in Geopolitics Institute is a think tank which adopt gender as a research and understanding tool for international relations. GGI’s actions center around the various questions which concern the domain of gender, namely: the condition of women, norms of femininity and masculinity, discrimination suffered by LGBT + communities and gender relations. This project has emerged from the observation that one needs to pay greater attention to the implications of gender in international relations. Indeed, gender must be understood as a concept allowing to analyze and understand certain complex realities of international current affairs. Our goals- shedding light on international current events through a gender bias- generating reflection and public debate around gender issues in international relations- having a real ability to act by swaying public or private decision makers- taking part in the affirmation of France in the field of gender in geopolitics on the international scene.
