POOL IS COOL strives for the revival of outdoor swimming in Brussels. Unlike most major European cities, Brussels has no outdoor swimming facilities. Besides being a sports activity, outdoor swimming also promotes social interaction and provides much needed contact with the environment. As such, it has a strong impact on a city’s overall quality of life. While there were swimming places in Brussels up until the late 70s, including large open air swimming pools, they all eventually disappeared. Along with them a lively outdoor swimming culture was lost. POOL IS COOL strives to revive the outdoor swimming culture of Brussels through the re-introduction of open air swimming places accessible to everyone. Imagine that on a hot day you grab your towel and within minutes you are plunging into cool water, enjoying the sun with friends and family. To create more places for swimming, we see opportunities both in existing waters and new constructions, a city of the size and diversity of Brussels needs and deserves multiple swimming opportunities. In order to put outdoor swimming on the public agenda and to encourage political initiatives, POOL IS COOL organizes actions in the urban environment, realizes swimming installations, does contextual research and engages in public debates. We are currently working on the second season of FLOW a temporary outdoor swimming pool at the canal in Brussels, and contribute to SmartWater Brussels to make people aware of water quality of the existing streams and ponds in the city. O’YES agit sur leurs milieux de vie et leurs environnements : Universités et Hautes Écoles (cours, cercles, kots à projet, bureaux étudiant, infrastructure, milieu festif), réseaux sociaux, sites internet et les lieux festifs et communautaires (associations lgbtqia+, bars associatifs, événements féministes, etc). O’YES met en avant sur chacun de ses projets les structures ressources se trouvant sur et/ou à proximité de leurs milieux de vie. Notre projet renforce leur littératie en santé notamment en fournissant une information de qualité sur les thématiques de l’EVRAS, inclusive, concertée avec les publics cibles et les professionnel·les référent·es et mise à jour régulièrement. Pour atteindre notre public prioritaire, qui se trouve également en dehors des milieux de vie précités, plusieurs moyens sont utilisés : formations, campagnes, brochures, sites internet, outils pédagogiques, vidéo, podcasts, …. O’YES forment également des relais - professionnel·les du secteur paramédical, médical et social lors des concertations, des colloques/GLEM et dans les institutions. Ayant travaillé en entreprise pendant 20 ans, je connais très bien les problématiques liées au stress accumulés, à la fatigue ainsi qu’à l’immobilité. Mon chemin sur les voies du yoga a commencé il y a une quinzaine d’années. C’est à travers ses outils que j’ai pu expérimenter et développer la relation à moi-même et trouver un intérieur. A mon sens, cette démarche est un must pour tout un chacun souhaitant maintenir un équilibre dans sa vie. Apprendre à respecter ses propres limites, réussir à s’auto-réguler sur le plan nerveux, apprendre à se muscler mentalement pour mieux gérer les émotions, les peurs et les préoccupations. Développer l’estime et la confiance en soi pour un meilleur alignement amène une énergie plus grande et, en parallèle, davantage d’efficacité, de créativité et d’implication au quotidien. Il y a 5 ans, j’ai fondé l’école SarasanaYoga à Bruxelles et, il y a 2 ans, le programme en ligne, SupraYogi. Tout cela, après avoir suivi une formation assidue auprès de formateurs de premier choix. Ma méthode s’adapte à tous les profils, que le souhait soit de pratiquer pour des raisons préventives, thérapeutiques ou transformationnelles. Je pourrais nommer mes cours « respirations en mouvement » car ils se pratiquent selon le rythme et les limites respiratoires de chacun.e. Les séances mènent vers le centrage, la paix intérieure et le maintien ou le retour d’une jeunesse sur tous les plans.

Eaccme - European Accreditation Council For Continuing Medical Education
In January the UEMS established the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with the aim of encouraging the highest standards in the development, delivery and harmonisation of continuing medical education (CME) and, later, of continuing professional development (CPD). Under the impulse of a growing shift from voluntary to mandatory CME-CPD in Europe, the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) set up the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) in October They accredit live events, e-materials, and journal editors. The UEMS-EACCME® sets itself as the central link between the National Accreditation Authorities (NAAs), the UEMS Specialist Sections and Boards (S & Bs), the European Specialty Accreditation Boards (ESABs) and the Providers of CME activities. The purpose of the EACCME® was to provide accreditation of international CME in Europe and to facilitate the recognition of credits between the various countries in Europe. In order to reach this goal, the UEMS-EACCME® signed agreements of cooperation with countries in Europe, and also outside of Europe.

Logo+ is een gespecialiseerde, interdisciplinaire groepspraktijk gelegen te Antwerpen Berchem. In 2013 opende de eerste praktijk zijn deuren. Drie jaar later breidden we uit met een tweede vestiging aan de overzijde van de straat. Ons team bestaat uit logopedisten, gespecialiseerd in zowel therapie voor kinderen als voor volwassenen en een osteopaat die naast algemene osteopathie, zich bijschoolde in kaak, nek- en halsproblemen. Daarnaast kan je ook bij ons terecht voor psychologische begeleiding. Wij bekijken onze cliënten vanuit een totaalplaatje en houden hiermee rekening met zwakke én sterke kanten.
