Laser-Plasma-Accelerator.Com
Our goal is to give to the community a platform where our members can exchange ideas, discuss technical issues, find solutions to their problems, find a guide to the most cited literature in the field, a guide for laboratory equipment selection, and a way to share their own content in their profile page. Originally, two major facts motivated the development of this platform- The enormously growing number of papers in the literature, which makes it harder to find the most appropriate references- The difficulties in buying experimental equipment without either spending several days identifying the most suitable device, or quickly buying a tool which may not be the best match to one’s needs. laser-plasma-accelerator.com long-term vision is to act as a bridge across different research institutes and high-tech companies with the ultimate goal of further spreading the disruptive laser plasma acceleration technology in different fields of research and in the society.

Journal On Efficiency And Responsibility In Education And Science
In 2004, the first year of an international scientific conference called “Efficiency and Responsibility in Education” took place, organized by the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Throughout the years, the conference has been successfully entrenched in the schedule of international scientific conferences dealing with education. The conference has also acquired a stable range of participants both from the Czech Republic and abroad. After four successful years, the frame of the conference became insufficient for its specific purposes. Thus, “Journal on Efficiency and Responsibility in Education and Science” (ERIES Journal) was founded at the beginning of 2008. The aim of the journal extends from “Education” to “Education and Science” in order to compare and enhance the ways of efficiency measurement and the reflection of responsibility criteria in more scientific disciplines, particularly in- the theory and methodology of pedagogy and education- the theory and methodology of science- human resources and human relations management- knowledge management and knowledge engineering- systems engineering and information engineering - applications in education and/or science- quantitative methods for education and/or science. ERIES Journal is managed by an international editorial board as a regular scientific journal. A web-based submission system clearly enables a rigorous process of paper review (a double blind-peer review). The journal is published four times a year, on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of the current year. ERIES Journal is now indexed in- BASE - Bielefeld Academic Search Engine- Directory of Open Access Journals- EBSCO database- Emerging Sources Citation Index - Web of Science™ Core Collection - ERIC- ERIH PLUS- Google Scholar- the list of reviewed periodicals in the Czech Republic- Open Academic Journals Index (OAJI)- ResearchBib- SCOPUS.

Network Group, S.R.O. - Special Fiber Optics
NETWORK GROUP, s.r.o. was founded in 1995 as a company focused on the distribution of metallic and fiber optic cabling systems. In the year company expanded its activities to the PCB assembly processes. In 2010,the company established a R&D department focused to the research and development of special fiber optic components, especially FBG based sensors and interrogators. NETWORK GROUP, department of special fibre optics, is focused on the in-house design, development and production of versatile sensor systems based on FBG (Fibre Bragg Grating), using a team of specialists and high-tech equipment. The main area of interest is the measurement and monitoring of critical infrastructures where deformation, strain and temperature profiles or vibrations are required. Main areas of production/services- Nuclear power plant monitoring - Bridge monitoring - Temperature measurement in silos - Advanced temperature measurement - Railway monitoring Main areas of R&D: FBG sensors for advanced industrial applications and Structure Health Monitoring, development of high-speed interrogation units, development of special sensors for nuclear powerplants, development of bridge monitoring systems, development of non-linear diffractive structures for sensor applications, development of optical resonance structures. We are best at: Unique manufacturer of FBG structures and FBG based sensors in Czech Republic, development of low-cost interrogation units and following systems, independence from suppliers of key components for sensor systems. Own electronic division. Specialized technologies and equipment: UV laser for FBG exposition; femtosecond laser; Special splicing system for manufacturing of unique optical components; hexapod position system, Hot-air stripper, Acrylate recoater; Polyimide recoater; Calibration baths; Thermo chambers; LTCC (low-temperature co-fired ceramic) workshop; Active and passive wavelength references, dept. of PCB assembling, dept. of cable systems
